Hi, I'm Valerie

Whether you're moving across town or across the country, buying your first home, building a new one, or getting ready to sell, you probably have a lot of questions. That's where I come in.
I’ve called Northeast Florida home for more than 35 years and St. Johns County home for more than 25 years, giving me a perspective on this area that goes well beyond real estate.
My professional background includes residential real estate, mortgage lending and experience in the homebuilding industry through business operations, sales and management.
Today I work with buyers, sellers, people relocating to Northeast Florida and clients considering new construction.
I believe good representation is about much more than opening doors or putting a property in the MLS.
It’s about understanding what the client is trying to accomplish, anticipating issues, explaining options, negotiating effectively, staying involved and helping move the transaction successfully toward closing.
And I believe the best client relationships don’t end at the closing table.
